Note:

1) We recommend the usage of the original Steam Deck AC adapter for a more stable power supply.

2) When your Steam Deck is connected to the docking station, you wish to have to adjust the resolution after entering desktop mode to achieve 4K output.

3) Since many games don’t seem to be well adjusted even in handheld mode, you may not be able to adjust the 4K resolution when you enter the game in handheld mode. We recommend you restart the game and open the desired game in desktop mode to complete the 4K output.

4) Please use an HDMI 2.0 cable or a higher standard version (excluded) with a cable length of less than 2 m/6.6 ft.

5) Do not use HDMI to DisplayPort cables or adapters.

6) If you wish to have to dock your Steam Deck and connect external devices with high performance, please make sure your PD charger is connected to the docking station and provides sufficient power. (Steam deck and docking station cannot power external devices with high performance).

7) The PD charging current depends on the respective device. For devices that do not make stronger the PD Type-C fast charging protocol, the maximum charging current is 5V/2A.

8) The USB-C female connector only supports PD charging, not for data transfer. The PD charging adapter is not included.

9) For use with mobile phones or laptops, please make sure the OTG function is supported and must be on before the usage of the product. The devices must make stronger “display output” via USB C for projection mode.
